We only collect information you choose to give us. The only place this happens on this site is the contact form, which asks for:

• Your work email
• Your company
• Your phone number (optional)
• A message describing what you need

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts on this site. We don't track your browsing activity, and we don't build advertising or behavioral profiles.

How we use your information

When you submit the contact form, it's sent to a workflow automation service we use to route inquiries to our team. We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party processing

Contact form submissions are sent to an automation workflow we operate (via n8n) that delivers the message to our team. That processor only handles the data required to route your message — it is not used for any other purpose.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where a business relationship follows, for as long as reasonably needed to maintain business and accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing contact@neupilot.com.

If how we collect or use information changes — for example, if we add analytics or a new data processor — we'll update this page.
